mp312-p4120233ac hyd 508/508 lift 284 duration

anyone use one of these in a 318. looks to me like this one ans the .484 are the same except for lift. can someone explain how much of a difference i will see out of this cam. if any at all. i know it is a higher lift, but am i going to notice an improvement or am i just wasting time,money and effort. i guess the duration on this one is 292

Theres the 284/.282 & the 292/.509. Are these the 2 you inquire about?

The work out to be about 241 & 248 @ 050.
