Any issues running a Blaster 2 with 0.8 ballast resister with stock electronic ignition and Dizzy?

Agree, been running one on the system you set up for me. Zero problems, you set my distributor up perfectly Hoppy. Very happy with Hoppy ignition

It's this one with 0.80 resistor. I thought that was recommended. Your saying 1.5? THX

Standard doesn't say what resistance. Would this be a 1.50 ballast?

Nope it will burn up the ecu.
Primary Resistance:
0.700 ohms

Ken coils are misleading especially "universal" ones. GM like .3, ford is like .7 I think, Most mopar is 1.5 Have to do the research on them. Blasters come in all of those ratings, then get into say MSD etc gets confusing fast

I've got Blaster2 in both rides, so I'll have to get 1.50 ballasts then. I've been using the 0.80 ones. I'm glad I asked.
