I consult in San Bernadino once a week.
It is about 150 Miles round trip from there.
The diesel will cost me about $70.
I will split it with you so add $35. to
the price and I will absorb the other 1/2

Thats sound fair enough, and does it come with converter, high stall being a HP383 trans?? have you got a photo of the torque converter?? thanks

Sorry = No Converter in any of these.

My Son's Father in Law has one with only about
500 miles on it that he is removing for a higher stall
in his car. I will be switching it when his new one comes
in and he would sell it for $95.00. It works great as I have
driven it several times. We will sell it with the transmission
but otherwise will keep it.

Here are pictures of the transmission with the pan off.
Although I am selling it as a used core = It appears to
be almost New! I got these from my best friend when he died.

It looks Brand New to me although i do not know the History of it
or if my friend rebuilt it himself or paid to have it done = That is why it is sold as a core.
