My 69gt Project

-
Man, I wish..

Just found out that the guy that was going to do my media blasting has gone out of business..

Gotta scramble to find someone here in the DFW area that does crushed glass blasting.

:(

Your rockin right along! You'll be driving before you know it.

we are looking at right around 300HP with stock 340/360 exhaust manifolds and a 650cfm carb.

Trying to slow down and keep my wits about me..only want a nice street car for drive in shows and such. Maybe a few longer road trips.

:)

Moving quickly, should motorvate nicely with a fresh mild 360.

Not the Dr Diff kit, but the bleeders are upright in the photo when placed on this side.

I will most likely swap sides so the caliper is on the rear.

Not sure, really depends on how it looks..

Thanks for looking out though..

Bruce

If that's the Dr Diff 10.7" rotor kit, I can't really tell, I believe the caliper is supposed to be towards the rear of the car. The bleeder screw needs to be facing up. Nice work so far. :D

If you haven't trimmed them yet you might want to look into rolling the lip. Lots of good video on u tube and doesn't leave a sharp edge. Heat gun and wooden bat worked for me.

Here is an image of the rear disc brake parts from Tom's Classics on ebay.

They were cheaper than most others I looked at and mocked in real nice.

Haven't posted in a while but here we go from up on the swing, blasted, epoxied, under coated, jammed and painted. Guide coat is on the body..Now it's time for block sanding.

Woah... This project took a good turn. Hope my Dart looks as good as that some day.

Here are my gauges.

Fabbed them into the factory bezel.

Trying to figure out how to post the video of it running..
