That is awesome! Real glad you fellas had an great time!

While I have only met a handful of FABO members over the last few years (All were class acts:D), I really hope to meet more this year. Now that the Duster is rolling again, my daughters and I have been trying to hit area cars shows/cruise nights more than ever. So far, haven't connected with any members yet this season, but the season is still young!

Be well all.

Pat

The "Challenger" 1903 Oldsmobile curved dash was driven by Roy from from to coast many years ago, recreated a run I believe that Oldsmobile did in 1903 to prove that their cars were dependable :glasses7:

Yes it was. Meeting Mike and you were the highlight of my trip this year. (in addition to tripping over a fire box and cracking a rib which still reminds me of my trip) LOL
Sorry I didn't know who you were. I forgot the details about sending you the driver set for the fundraiser. I enjoyed meeting you and your husband. If he's not a die hard car guy he is a peach of a guy to spend time with us who are. tmm

I am getting out of sink with my thoughts :drunken:

Here's a couple pics for 'ya Mike. Here we are Friday night outside the restaurant waiting for our table to be called for dinner. I can't remember the name of it, but YUMMY food & great service

Remember 5 of us piled into Pete's 58 to get there. What FUN!!! :)

Looks like great times with great friends Mike.

Making Memories my friend.

I always say "a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet".

Sorry about the delay, I lost a great man in my family earlier this week, we worked side by side for 9 years, acting and taking care of me like a father when I needed one :pale:

What's with the "restrictor plate" on the fire pit???

Wow Memike,

Sounds like you had a lot of fun. I have always found Fabo folks to be great. I am an airline mechanic, i am glad you enjoyed your flight. I hope you get an insane urge to go blasting through the skies in a pressurized aluminum tube again soon :-) its what keeps me employed LOL.

I am looking forward to following this thread. It brought a smile to my face reading about it this morning.

Matt
