Well I was enjoying the am radio But it was time to get some of my own music going in her. Brother Ken found just what I was needing.
3 screws and the tape player is out for show.
Two Boss speakers are hid in the picnic basket.
I took here out and put in Texas flood by S.R.V.
Nothing fancy but sound's fine for the road.

I don't need a loud system that the crowd needs to here,:glasses8:
You know how I always say "less is more" :rock:
But you would be amazed what 27 watts of sound can do simply by putting a good matching 30 watt speakers in a in a box to save cutting holes and running wire's every where.
I installed this system to enjoy :cheers:
and not cut up any of her fine areas.

If that cassette is an old Radio Shack model I believe I still have mine somewhere and those units sounded surprisingly damn good.

It is the Radio Shack model high power Realistic with a very good playing head, I bought one in the mid 80's and it has all the buttons for a good sound.

The back dash is as you said Pristine, and I just could not bring myself to cut or cover her up.
I may take her to the local park and fishing hole this morning and see how the lake is looking.

I have put many enjoying miles on her and she gets allot of attention from gas stations to restaurants we have visited.
I just had to take this picture because last summer it was me and the Dakota
at this time last year. Ain't she cool setting with me on the hill.:-D

Not anything yet but I have to go to the county and see about the crack head that stole my 440 and 360 that I found at our local scrap yard.
I am baby sitting the bid dog today because it is so hot outside 100 deg.
I will be there tomorrow morning and see if there is anything up and going

Well it is hot and I am stuck in the house today.
Here is the big boy I am taking good care of.
This kind of dog don't do good in the heat.
So I try and get things dun early so I can get him in the cool.

He`s a big boy and probably loves A/C as much as I do. If he has to stay out, a kids pool is a great way to keep his tongue in his mouth.
