I just started out just walking and doing some tracking and enjoying getting away from the house. but as I got closer to some water :tongue9:
I seen so much movement that I had to walk back to the house and get my fishing gear.
I will hit it again tomorrow and get the freezer fuller.
Its easier now then later in the season.

Just a little at a time. seems like they just wanted it around 1pm.

Fresh fish.

Sounds good to me Badawg. I think we have rain coming in Tuesday so I better get
back out there for a few more for the freezer tomorrow.:-D

Lookin good memike, I have been doing the exact same thing. For the last month I take the Lund out once or twice a week, to my fav gill and crop lake anchor up, fish and have a cold one or two. Nothin better.

That guy is gona hang you by your cods when he catches you in his pond Mike.

You may know the man that owns the great land next to me
He lets me hunt and keep an eye on his fences and fish his ponds.
He likes to see coyote's on the ground when I lay them down. :-D$

Bob C. :-D

I cross a fence at my place and walk about a 1/4 mile and
throw green and yellow jigs with a small spoon at them from the bank.
One of his big bulls came down the hill for a drink and had a seat in the shade and turned his head from me as I keep reeling them in.
He blew at me some but he seemed it did not bother him having me there.
He is a big black bull with a big hump and looked like the man of the place.

Just got back from another hit at the pond "needed the walk" And after I did some righting about it, it got my juices flowing.

My first catch of the day.:-D
This will be my late lunch so better get busy.

You know Mike ,I do have my Ark fishing lisc. so i could talk Kathy into letting me come down and spend the day soaking a hook. A man don't need a lisc. to eat a mess of em though. We need to catch a mess of em and see if Leanna can cook........I've got some valve covers ready to coat. Looks like i will be going to Branson thursday evening for the weekend. The wife has two weeks off and shes ready to go.

I can show you mine for the last 4 years. I genially keep,:clock:
And you are right there are no Ark fishing lisc required to partake.:drinkers:
Well you and the wife have a great two weeks and keep us updated.
Treva has not stopped on her E-Bag she enjoy's :thumblef:
Here is her tasty roasted half chicken and mushrooms.

I am talking spoon tender !! Granny proof :-D

That does it....we're coming down and i'm kinda hard of hearing so don't tell me no. I'll let you know when. While i'm thinking of it...I can get GOOD hamburger for $1 a lb. How many do you want. Last weekend we picked up 550 lbs and this weekend we'll be picking up 700 lbs plus. How big is your freezer? The place we get it from kills their own beef and sells the steak at their resturant but has too much hamburger. It's good stuff. Ask Treava how much her freezer will hold. For those of you that don't know this Mike dude, he's just an A #1 Arkansas hillbilly and just as common as dirt. He's a right on dude.....then there is Treava.....I don't know how he caught her.

I'd be willing to bet you a dime to a dollar that as Mike read that he was grinning from ear to ear nodding his head in agreement!! :-D I dont believe that they come any nicer than him!!

Treva said to give us a couple day's heads up small block and you may be needing a truck if you come by. I guess you seen the road I live on is hard on some fine rides.
My drive way is in the last picture where you see the mail truck leaving the hill
on his left.
Freezer is full and thanks for the offer.

Thanks for the kind words men.:-D
You won that dime Badawg,

I just looked at the map and you should have a great day
It is raining cats and dogs outside here so the front should be just right for a good fishing day for you mopar0. Walleye is a favorite of mine , but have not had one for a few years, The crappy or''specs" we call them crappy her seems like they liked it on the drop on the pond, I just kept a tight line and you could barley feel them hit.
Hope you have a great day fishing mopar0:cheers:

Pictures of the young and old bull, Looks like the old one on the hill is ready for a drink and the young one will move on.
I wish My camera would zoom in better.
