I just made up a batch of fried zucchini cakes and grilled pork chops. I was a little weary of vegetable cakes until I tried them with a little salt and plain yogurt. I guess it's all in the spices. MMMMHHH!!:cheers:

The pork chop looks good, the veggie pattie, well, I've never had one, but I sure do like grilled zucchini with melted cheese on top. Add six more half ears of corn and you've got a meal!
