My Memorial Day

I have 5 racks of baby back ribs started in the smoker with a nice rub and hickory wood. Went out and bought the movie "Deathproof" recocomended by FABO of course. Got me two eight pack of Guiness to cook with. Going to sit out back and reflect on all the Men and Women we have lost their lives to keep this Country free. I know it doesn't always seem like such a GREAT country with all that's going on. I know that I am and Always will be PROUD TO BE AMERICAN!! Everyone have a Great Memorial Day!!! I will post some pics in a few hours of me and my endeavors.

No pic's today but we had a good view of the country side and ribs and some good cold ones, and some very fine company too:love7:.

Well, after 8 guiness my ribs and I were thoroughy done!! Everyone loved the meat and it was a great time.

Lousy weather here............I made spaghetti (I know....pretty weak)
