I'm in Spokane, and I recognize that car. While I personally would never choose to modify any car that way, that one is actually pretty well done, for Spokane. I have to give a little respect to anybody who put time and effort into making their car what they wanted it to be, even if it's not the style or type of car I'd choose to modify. Just my 2 cents.
