Need Help Identifying Two Electrical Items

I'm helping my son with his 1972 Dart. I need help identifying two items. They are mounted under the dash, driver's side, on the outside panel.

Items in question:
1. Black plastic with two (2) male electrical tabs
2. Sliver metal with four (4) male electrical tabs

The one on the bottom LOOKS like the horn relay. The one on the top maybe the seat belt buzzer?
