need help replacing parking lens in grille

Well I ran some searches and couldn't find anything on how to remove my parking lenses on my 76 dart grille. I have one broken lens and I was wondering if there's a way to replace it or do I need a new grille? It looks like it's pushed into place with plastic clips and some sort of sealent/adhesive? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Here's a pic of the grille.

Well this is an idea I'm thinking of. It's by no means final if I do it this way I'll use some kind of plastic that looks like it would go on a grille.

Let me know what you think. Do you think my turn signals would still be bright enough?
