Looking at buying a car from a member here but need to find out how much shipping would be from Florida to Wisconsin or if any members here own such a business so i could work through them??? There are several ways to accomplish the Transportation issue. The cheapest way is going to be using a Car carrier that Hauls a "full load" Like 10 or so. You'll have to wait a bit longer and maybe meet him at a dealership or Bigger Lot where he can get the Car carrier parked. More expensive would be a 1-3 car hauler. $300 - $2,000 is going to be your range. You can rent a U-haul car dolley and drive down & get it for real Cheap. Just Gas & rental expense.

from NM to FL for a 73 Duster with no engine (usually more expensive if it doesn't run), cost about $800 when we had it shipped in May this year. I don't remember the company/broker we contracted through, but a company called Mary Jo's Transport took the job. They are based out of Coconut Creek FL and I had no complaints. Once they picked up the car, it took them 2 days to get here, but they were in a hurry to get home to south FL for a long weekend so that might have been the reason for the Smokey and the Bandit style cross-country run.
