need help wiring volt reg. and ign. box (ez-wire harness)

So im getting really excited that i'll be putting the engine and trans in my duster soon. My engine builder asked me if i have wires for a voltage regulator and ignition box. Since i'm using the ez-wire harness i'm not sure which wires i'm supposed to hook up. The wires that i have left to hook up for the engine bay are:
-battery cable
-ignition switch
-solenoid power
-alternator power
-alternator excite
-tachometer
-oil sending
-water temp
-choke power

So if any you guys have this harness please help me out.:-D
