Need help with Sharktooth Grille

I got a shartooth grille that needs some work, but it did not come with turn signal bulb sockets. The holes for the bulb sockets are twist-in, but my existing '72 Duster grille has sockets that attach with two small screws. No go.

I suspect another car might have the sockets I need. What did you guys do for turn signal sockets?
