Hi my english is not the best so hope you understand me.
I have a dart sport 360 stroked to 408 with j heads.
My power band looks something like

and with edelbrocks heads that i will use later on second image.
I have looked at this http://www.ebay.com/itm/TSI-10-Torq...0hp-/161735211124?hash=item25a82b7874&vxp=mtr
Before i stroked the engine i used a tci steetfighter 142200 3000stall and it worked good but it 's broken now.
I live in sweden so ebay is the best place to buy from other places the shipping almost allways cost more then converter

Your English is plenty good, better than some in this country, lol.

As far as a converter, I would suggest having one built specifically to your combo. I understand the shipping and all, but for best performance having one built is probably the best choice.

Oh, and welcome to the site.

Thanks i understand that custom is the best but i am on budget now if i want to use the car this year :-( i forgot to write that i have a 8 3/4" with 3.90 gears and 15" 60 275 tires

Call PTC. Your best bet! Last I checked it will be $475 plus shipping, which they won't screw you over on. You won't regret it.

Worst thing you can do is build an awesome engine, then cheap out on the IMO the most important part; the torque converter....

The PTC $475 will cost me $785 at my door here in sweden it is still worth that much
or a B&M Holeshot 3000 for $665 at my door is better choice?
The PTC will take 3-4 weeks to my door and the holeshot
couple of days

$310 shipping?!?! That's just crazy, but I would pay it before I would run a crappy B&M converter or any other off the shelf converter. I'm having a custom converter built for my 408 and it's gonna run $450 plus $30 shipping.
