Need info on this air filter base

Anybody know what base is on this set up? I tryed e mailing the guy about
it and he won't get back to me. Any help, please! Thanks guys.

I can tell you this......I don't know about the base.....it's cool. But those lids.....all I have ever read or heard has been how they disrupt flow somehow. Something about changing the venturi effect and all that jaz. I know one friend first hand who slowed down in his car at the strip with that lid. Sped right back up with the regular lid.

I've had good luck with that lid. The car (68-69 Valiant) has the same
scoop as I have on the Duster. I would like to seal it off the same way.
I gained a half a tenth at the strip with it. The looks is better.
I think I can gain more if I can just seal it off.
