Need info on this block

Well I just found the exact motor on line same two line heads, Same block and all blank vin. but its a 1970 instead of a 69. So its not a a industrial. It looks like it even has the same material for the pan gasket

RARE UNUSUAL ODDITY ??????
- Could be an NOS/Warranty Block
- Has stock pistons, - Cam bearings look unused,
- Forged crank: Wide parting line.
- Didn't take apart any further.
- Being Stock Pistons: probably stock bore.
- rotates freely via damper bolt.
- Nice OEM Oil Pan & Crank Windage Tray.
- OEM Cast iron water pump housing.
- Casting #'s etc.
- 5-19-70
- Vin Pad: scrapped paint off
- it's BLANK: Warranty or Factory Block ???.
- Dist. Pad: scrapped paint off.
- 10 7 TW 440 with looks like upside down B ?
- Heads: -346 castings, used w/bolts.
