Need information about fiberglass dash

How does fiberglass due in the heat when used for a dash ? I am worried about the warpage by just using the five original mounting locations near the window

Do you have an A Body glass dash? If it is a race weight part you might want to reinforce it on the back side with fiberglass structure.

Depends on how its made. if the glass is fairly thick, say about 1/8" or thicker, it's probably ok. If you can flex it easily though, you might consider making it stronger. Look at the back for stress cracks or fractured glass, its usually a sign of a weak laminate.

It is thicker than an 1/8 I used a dual caliper on it but how does it expand in the heat? Like sitting in direct sunlight in the summer kind if heat
