does any one know if the tank from ebay is rivited or solder at the 3 point tab area mounted on tank got know for powder coaters

X2 on Vans. never a problem for me. I always solvent wash and paint my tanks silver or multiple coats of clear, just to help them look clean for years....rear restoreres would frown on that for sure!
