Need paint color info

Would be nice to have the tag, for other reasons. But if it's factory red then it's E5. Back in the early 80s a co-workers wife had the same car, white top, white int, 318, column auto and rallye wheels. Very pretty car imo.
 
I live near San Diego too and have been told the new paints will be difficult to match to the old laquer colors. Let us know how it works out for you.

If that paint is original it should be acrylic enamel, but i agree it would take some work to match if only trying to spot in a few places.
 
When I did the Dart all the manufactures listed E5 as "for full repaints only" Most likely one of the original toners is no longer available so the color match is pretty far off.
