1. take entire subframe and swap to have the disc brakes

2. swap pedal assembly and four speed od

3. put in a 360 that i have

i got schumacher mounts, and the correct bellhousing and flywheel, 360 center sump pan, any thing i may be overlooking why this wouldnt work???

thanks for the help!!!

The only thing you need to swap out of the rusty one is the front spindles/brakes, pedals, and the shifter hump out of the floor. Everything else is the same on the auto car. Good luck with it, you have a plan....

..........add to the list the upper control arms, and would be cleaner if you swap steering columns

BBP rear end out of the disc brake car and if you go to an aftermarket carb like i did, a throttle linkage. Also, a V8 radiator.

P.S. - the bellhousing, fork, and flywheel from the /6 and the Super Six intake, carb, and exh manifold are worth something beyond scrap.

Add to the list the triangle shaped frame reinforcement for the z-bar on the clutch linkage.
You will have to drilll the spot welds of the rusty car and weld it to your clean body.
Brewer's sells them new for about 30 bucks it you ruin the old one taking it off.
