I’m not trying to restore this car to factory standards so I want some black bucket seats for the front that are light inexpensive and easy to mount. I’ve seen some on Amazon that look fairly reasonable in price and they look nice but they act like you have to have a special melting bracket to get them in. Has anyone use any of these what seem to be Chinese bucket seats in their car or have you found seats at a junkyard that worked well that are not heavy with airbags and electric motors. thank you, George in North Carolina

Also, be aware that cheap seats are unsafe and may not fit your body type. I have found some do not incline forward enough for my liking as I hate the feel of my shoulders being in the back seat. Recaro, Cobra, TMI, ProCar, Sparco, and Corbeau are just a few who are in the business of making seats. I do not own any of them, so I can't account for their quality.
