Just like the one I used back in high school. We had these in the simulator trailer, but the cars we used for on the road practice were pontiacs.

There was a driver simulator trailer that had about 20 of these in there. You would "drive" along with a movie...kind of like a life sized video game. These driver simulators were wired up so the brakes, steering, blinkers etc. would keep track of your actions. At the end of the class, the instructor would tell you how many mistakes you made.
