new 70 polara convertible owner

hi people im new to mopar but love this car. 1970 polara convertible i purchased it for $2000 has 383 2bbl. starters good motor turns over but i had to find this out by sending power straight to the source ignition dont work dash dosent light up basically no power need help. if put power on things lights motor etc they work but when i open door or turn on lights blow horn no go
