New A-body Owner - 1971 Dodge Demon

This car is honestly starting out a little different than I intended. I was planning on buying something with a little less body work and playing with mechanicals first, but most of this car is solid so it is mainly cosmetic repairs.

Can anyone suggest a good welder lol?

I have V8 motor mounts, new shocks, rear wheel cylinders, brake lines and some other miscellaneous stuff ordered and being shipped for the Demon.

I started to pull the gas tank. It's a pain in the butt to get it off of that filler neck. Right now that's the only thing holding me back. Any tips on how to get that sucker out of there?
 
Great starter, keep us posted on the rebuild...post pics when you can. Im still looking for a starter, not many out there, at least not in the shape Im hoping to get my hands on. Good luck.
