Only new option is a Ritter block and they have their own issues while costing way more than anyone wants pay…

You said "bare" not "new". The wrecking yard, local machine shop or rebuilder. Avoid shipping.
Try ATK rebuilders
Maybe try the local machine shops. Lot’s of stuff over the years never gets picked up, or sometimes they have core blocks in case you bring one in that’s NFG

What size are you looking for and for what use case? That's going to affect your options significantly. There are a few NOS ones floating out there, but you better have a thick wallet.

360's are not a dime a dozen but there are many around. A friend passed away that owned a small Mopar salvage yard. He sold semi loads of complete engines for $100 each. They are out there. Like I mentioned, a Wanted ad here may get you wat you are looking for. Oh and looking for one that is already done or machined is a bad choice. Figure out your combination and look for that. Let your machine shop do the machining and make things right.
