new car that runs on water

Did anyone hear about the new car that runs on water? Its still in the testing phases. As of right now it will only run on water from the Gulf of Mexico!

Ya man! It has a fiberglass air cooled engine and it runs on water man!

yeah, but it leaks too much , although they figure out who will regulate the emissions standards.
It's a toss up between B.P. the government.
