New Carb For 340

Looking for suggestion on a new carb for my 73 340. Have a couple of thermoquads and am sick of messing with them. Anybody try the new Demon carbs?
 
I know nothing. However Holley street avenger 770 working great on mine and my friends, 360 and 340 mild builds.
 
625 Street Demon on our modified 318 for 1 1/2 yrs now.

Great carb, breakaway response is snappy, cold or hot starting perfect.

The best carb I've ever had. Highly recommended.
 
Thank for the info street demon 625 is on my list. Did it take any tuning to get it right/
 
Holley street avenger 770 here, 340 4spd. Been on for 10yrs, 1rebuild about 2yrs ago

I had to turn the idle screw down about a 1/8 if a turn that was it.
The only pain in the *** thing is the mopar throttle arm you have to buy off holley, and you must take the top of the carb apart to put it on.

Carb runs great, starts super easy even after sitting for 2 weeks.
I recommend the phenolic body to keep the fuel cool.
Nice carbs, I would buy another.
 
I have a quickfuel Q 750 on my 340. It was pretty exspencive but it is a very nice piece.
