New carpet,adhesive or no?

I'm laying new carpet in my Scamp. Should I apply adhesive to the back side or not?

Should not have to but if you have some slippery spots it wont hurt.

Lay it out in the sun for an hour or so till it gets nice and warm and it make's it easier.

Front first then the back.

I didn't, stays put just fine, I send the laying it down in the sun, definitely helped the installation!

I like to use adhesive as I have found that it really helps the carpet stay put. It seems to also really help get rid of any bumps that were formed when the carpet was made
