Well, my new engine arrived today!!!
Awesome!!! Make sure you have the correct motor mounts and a shoe-horn to get it in your car :glasses7:
Diesel! Oh man those stink and they're way too noisy.:supz:
Now i know what to do with that leftover shipping container i have...........make a oil pan out of it.........lol.
That so one impressive piece of equipment!
I don,t think your 7 1/4 diff will take that kind of torque.............lol
Thats frickin awesome!! For a front shovel or rock truck maybe??
You're gonna need a bigger hood scoop...
the headers might be a bitch
LOL.....can`t be much worse than they are now!
Dang it I told you to leave my ship alone! I well I'll ground my boat to run your car lol
You guna use a 8in converter on it ?????????
Lets see, what would that be? Ah, a 16,000cu stroker with a 8 foot stroke crank.
Definately fooled me on this one. That's one BIG V8 with a hell of a SUPER DAMPER on there!
144:1 tooth crank trigger wheel too! Haaa
oh I think your going to need a bigger throttle return spring
gonna need a 12" wrench to change the plugs.
Those things are freakin awesome! When I worked as a road mechanic for Hyster forklifts one of my customers was a heavy equip. engine rebuilder and he showed me one that had doors so you could walk inside it.
*walk nonchalantly into a parts house* "yes yes, im after some 15W-40 oil, what one is less expensive? oh yea the delo-400? ok, im going to need about 7500 gallons, you can get it here by tomorrow right???"
Here's the story on this mamoth engine http://www.enginelabs.com/news/true...-behind-massive-engine-in-facebook-page-photo And I just thought my 408 was torquey, LOL...
Mind boggling.......Thanks for the link fishy. Just thinking, the starter probably has more torque than a big block....lol.
May have to relocate your master cylinder a bit.
LOL... That wouldn't surprise me
