Direct replacements should be available. Note the front of the tank for any or how many rubber lines there may or may not be. You will of course want to do this with an empty tank and no smoking.
The tank straps will more likely be rusted and caked up with age. This also goes for the fuel sender and it's lock ring. Take your time with these parts or have extra replacements on hand.
I think a buddy would be alot of help so he can lower the tank via pump jack while you stableize that tank. Empty, in general, there not that heavy, but rather a large clumsy box.
