Hi, My name is Tim. I'm new here....just got my 64 dart on the road. swapped the /6 and pushbutton tranny for a 1977 360/727 combo out of a plymouth wagon. I still need a few parts tho...specifically a drop center steering link to clear the oil pan and also info or parts to do the common disk brake swap in the front. if anyone has these parts to sell i'd certainly be interested!
also i'm looking for info about swapping an 8 3/4 rear into this early A. I have a 65 c-body axle with all the parts but its definitely gonna need to be cut down. has anyone done this swap? or is there an 8 3/4 from another vehicle thats close enough in size so that it doesn't need to be shortened? I was thinking of looking for one under an A-100 van....
