New here and just wanted to say hello. I have 72 Twister with a 400 and currently working on a 70 swinger with a 440. This site is great thanks blackace.

I would like to know whats been done to the 400 in your twister,and how it runs.Also,what is the rest of the combination.Lets see some pics of it,i might do my swinger with a 400 i have one day!Ok,see ya!

The 400 is a stock bore stock comp 73 motor. 383 crank, full groove bearings, 516 heads (still with small exhaust valves) 480 lift 292 dur. cam, old TM6 intake, MP electronic ign. 750 eddie carb, 1 7/8 Hooker fenderwells, 2200 TCI conv. Turbo Action trans, Reverse valve body, 8 3/4 with 4:10's
Has run the best of 12.68 @ 110 MPH on BFG radial TA not the drag radial and full exhaust. also I only run 87 octane
