I have a new pair of Hurst Cheater Slicks 15" (4-5 years old) that have never been on the road. Most of their life they have been on the car on a lift or jack stands. They are advertised as 28x9 and are on a 15x7 wheel. Wheels are not included. Zero road miles. Look great for a show or Sat night cruise car. They are a tad to wide for my body so I am going to a 28x8. I can ship. $400 for the pair. Location is Houston TX area. Thanks FABO
