new member looking for s/n info

I have a 65 Valiant Custom 100 Contvertible 273 Auto. I am sure that this is a Canadian car. Can anybody decode s/n V8E59128783 for me? The decoder on your site thinks this is not long enough. I have owned my baby since 1984 and I have her in the shop for a major face lift. I will be sure to post a picture of the finished product,
