Hi new here...
I'm Jim. I first drove an A body in 1977, neighbor's 67 Dart GT ragtop, 273/4 spd/ disc brakes. Neat car! too bad it's gone now.
I've been working on my wife's 70 Dart since I met her in 1981. We converted it from a slant 6 to a 340 wannabe.
I just got a new car, 65 Barracuda, it's a project for Drag Week. Kind of a strange build, it will be like some of the early funny cars around 1966., Altered wheelbase, stretched nose, lots of fiberglass, blown hemi, hope to get it to go pretty quick. I have some Drag Week experience...should be interesting. And I won't need a bunch of the parts in the car, since I'm going to replace most of it.
