Hello All!! Glad to have stumbled across this forum as I am in need of some help! I have a 69 Dodge Dart Convertible that my dad did a frame off restoration on 20+ years ago. He passed in 2000 and was a Mopar junky loved all things muscle cars with 440's anyways. The car has pretty much been sitting around for that length of time minus driven a couple time. I have since started the process or trying to get it back into running shape. It had a brake issue and from what I can gather it was the left front. It has had the disc conversion done. So I am looking to replace all the brake components on the front. It defiantly had a warped rotor on the front left cause it was spin freely then grab on part of the rotor. I took a picture of the casting/parts numbers on the caliper but I am having difficulty finding what looks like would be correct calipers and rotors. It is a single piston with the outside pad being larger than the inside. Any help is GREATLY appreciated I have a lot to learn. Thank you for your advice/help!

It appears your car got the disc brake setup from a 73-76 A body (Dart, Duster, or Valiant). The parts should be pretty easy to source. When you go to the parts store take the old stuff with you to match it up.

Also, this conversion would likely have changed your bolt pattern to 5x4-1/2". The original rear axle pattern would have been 5x4" so you might want to check that out. Hopefully the rear end was changed too so you don't need to carry two different spare tires.

Oh yeah, and welcome from another Mopar Junkie!

Thanks for the info. More than likely I will be ordering online. Ive tried our local parts stores and none of them have been helpful yet.

Welcome to the site!

Good to see you keeping your Father's car in the family. The folks on here are an amazing source of information.

Cheers

Welcome to the addiction, and good luck getting her back on the road! Start a notebook of part numbers and parts sources & modifications for your car. It will come in handy for you as well as the next owner/family member.
