New Paint!!!

Ok, It's on my house. I just finished getting my stucco redone. It sure looks alot better and I don't have to worry about water damage anymore. I also just got a new dual stage heater-AC combo. No more friggin swamp coolers!!! I hated climbing on the roof every year and spending a whole day cleaning and swapping out pumps and filters......I also had a new roof put on last month. Got rid of the tar and gravel and have a really nice modified butimen that looks 100 times better and probably 1/2 the weight. Now I just gotta get the front and back yards under control P.S. It's gonna be 94 here tomorrow......

Damn. That house is quite different than what Im used to seeing! I do like the color though. How often do you have to water your lawn out there!! LOL

No grass here.....people here do have yards with grass but it takes a ton of water and upkeep. Not worth the effort or money to me. That's the hardest thing to get used to, not having green stuff. I grew up in the mountains of Pennsylvania and to this day I miss the green.Everything just looks dirty out here.
