new pentastar swap?

those new v6s sure look appealing to swap in, with 300 hp, all aluminum construction, and an 8 speed automatic. Are they a viable swap? how integrated into the car are they? (sensors, etc)

could one be run on a megasquirt setup?

I think that would be a great swap but I would be a challenge to get the electronics to work, With a light A body it would get some great fuel economy.
I think you would have to run a stock computer with the engine and 8 speed trans, mega squirt wouldn't work with the electronic trans I wouldn't think.

i was afraid of that, i guess they are fly by wire aswell? i hear that stock computers freak out if they dont have ABS sensors etc, is this fixable?

P.S. is your 65 a grey convertible? i saw one at the thorncliff superstore last summer

Nope, my Barracuda has been in the body shop for almost 2 years now, but at least it's one colour now.... primer grey.
