Hello everyone.
I have been into Mopars since my Dad bought a 1969 Chrysler Newport in 1971. I loved that car. About 17 years ago I bought my first 1975 Dart. Then I went on to own a 1963 Chrysler 300 and my love was a 1967 Plymouth Valiant 4 door with a 383 that I found for 150 bucks. Somehow I got it running and it was my daily drive. I ended up getting rid of that and later I had a 1975 Valiant Broughm and then 73 Duster and finaly a 1972 Valiant that gave me lots of trouble. I moved from my property about 7 years ago and got rid of all of my cars.
Well, a few weeks back I got a 1967 Valiant with a 225 slant 6. It has manual steering and brakes. It is in kind of rough shape but is a driver. The only rust is in the drivers side floor pan. It is an automatic.
I am in Washington State about 1 hour North of Seattle.
I am interested in rebuilding the front end on this car, possibly adding power steer and a power booster for brakes and maybe even disks in the front.
Glad to be here!
