New to the form I just bought a 1967 convetible Barracuda, I don't have a build sheet or fender tag. is there anyway to find out exactly what options it came with. If I dont not have these two items?

Welcome. In a word, no. Only the body style/engine/year and assembly plant can be garnered from the VIN.

For cars up to included the -67 production year, Chrysler still got records for the cars.
