I do know that a 360 is externally balanced and a 318 is internal. So I bet the torque convetor would have to be neutral balanced for the 360. But I'm not sure. I have a 4-speed and the fly wheel and harmonic balancer had to be balanced with my 360 rotating assembly.

For a 360 you need either a torque converter that's got a big ol weight welded to it, or you can buy a flexplate that's balanced for a 360. Do NOT use the same torque converter as the 318 as it will destroy your main bearings... don't ask me how I know this... :tard:

B&M #10239........That's the one.

Assuming you have a 904 of course.

im triying to find trans local so i dont have to ship. thanks for the help guys!
