Hey guys i just heard about this site a while back and figured my first post would be the start of my project. Here is how the car started, of course it looks better in these pics than it actually does. Ill get some work in progress pics tonight when i get to the shop later this afternoon. What a great site for A-bodies, it can be so hard to find info on these cars. Ill be hitting the for sale forums soon because im gonna need lots of stuff.

Thanks for a great site, Dustin

Welcome!! Definitley a great looking project!! Keep us posted and enjoy the site!

Dustin, it's about time you posted something!!! Glad to finally have you and your Dart here in something other than "lurk mode"! :-D

As I told you the day we met, these guys will be your #1 source for most everything you need. Don't hesitate to ask questions -- they'll come out of the woodwork to help you. You'll find parts at very reasonable prices, more advice than you can handle, and the absolute BEST GROUP OF MOPAR PEOPLE ON THE PLANET.

Welcome to FABO my friend!!! Now let's get that Dart runnin. :-D

Here are the updates, have been taking each body piece one at a time, sanding, stripping, fiberglass, filler, metal glaze, and 3 to 4 coats of high build primer with a guide coat. My plan is to get all pieces done like this, then hand block the entire car, fix any spots i missed (im sure there will be a couple) prime again, and then water sand the entire car. By then she should be ready for a sealer coat. Wish me luck..

Thanks, Dustin
