**I have a set of 10" front brakes.
Big bolt pattern .
Are these B body or 73 up A body. .
Doesn't seem to be a left and right. .
Thanks again for your knowledge !

those appear to be B or E based on the size of the lower ball joint bolt holes and spacing

(73+ A's still used small bolt drums, hence the same spindle and it don't look like that one)

Don't mean to complicate things but didn't Chrysler go to a 5-on-4.5" bolt pattern on all of their A-bodies including front drum applications?

.....I forgot to add 1976 if not 1975.

Do those spindles have a casting # to reference?

These look nothing like 73 Disc knuckles. Not sure what 75 Drum knuckles look like !

no BBP on a body front drums, only SBP till the end of the run.

discs, yes. they went to the larger BBP in 73

The large bolt pattern is the giveaway, those are B/E body. A-body front drums were all SBP.

The 73+ A-body lower ball joints were the same disk or drum, same spacing. The B/E body lower ball joints were the same spacing as the '73+ A's, the '70-74 E's and '67-72 B's used the same lower ball joints. '73/74 B's had the same spacing but the steering arm and ball joint were separate.

The drum spindle for the A's changed in '73, they went to the large upper ball joint and basically a B/E body 10x2.5" drum, but the hub was altered for 5x4".

For 67-72 the lower ball joints were different for the A's depending on drum or disk, but not after '73.

All SBP drums for A's. Design changed in '73 to 10x2.5" and the spindles went large upper ball joint, but the bolt pattern remained 5x4 for the 4 wheel drum cars (only /6 cars, V8's got disks). January 1, 1976 all A-bodies went disk, and therefore BBP. A-body disks went BBP in '73.

Those are B body spindles/brakes. If you happen to get a response from that one guy on the face of the earth that wants BBP front drum brakes on an A body, they will work. Just need to be used with the big ball joint UCA's and the later A body lower ball joint. I used a set of E body drums to make a 73 Duster I bought off of here to make it a roller so I could get it on the trailer.

Aren't Dodge LA small block truck/van exhaust manifolds usually center-dump?

That's what I thought they were when I got them. But not what pops up with the # on the drivers side with the fins.
