Next Year Looks Dim

It looks like there's little chance of getting my Barracuda ready to race by Spring. I wanted to get the motor/trans in the car and get it in racing mode for next Spring. But, the more I dig into the car, the more work I find that it needs.
I hate doing a full-on resto.

Yep, maybe a long winter will give me time. Hopefully a better job will give me more $$ to spend on the car also.

I am in the same boat. Picked up a 69 Dart drag car that runs mid 10's. Previous owner did not take good care of the car. Every time I turn around I find another problem. A lot of stuff was half *** or neglected. I thought I would be on the track this year, now hoping to be ready for the beginning of next.
