NHL 2024-25

No car, boasting about the team he rooted for. But not his hometown team. Maybe find a forum for Massholes cheering for Florida teams where you won't be considered a pathetic troll.

Back crying again WAA WAA WAA..GET A F-ING LIFE WILL YA!!!

There is an ignore button for a reason…… can’t see the chatter unless someone quotes him.

I'm good. I've moved on. What's your excuse?
My team has won 11 Stanley Cups, including a few when my cousin was manager.
I think I'll go for a drive in my '68 Formula S 340 Barracuda.
Get a life? Get a car! The difference between you and Dan the Man is he's a decent guy.

Oiler’s definitely not good enough. For years they have had some known holes in the line up and not filled them. Skinner is still young and was not supposed to be thrust into the starters role so soon. I blame management. The refereeing was so bad. Aren’t they supposed to be the best the NHL has? It’s a head scratcher. I have my theories.

Winnipeg Jets have agreed to terms with Johnathon Toews on a one year contract to bring back Captain Serious to the NHL after a 2 year absence. I look forward to seeing the effect he can have on the team, given his experience with the Blackhawks. Expect he will likely be the second line center.

As a Hawks fan I’m glad to see him give it a go again.

Totally agree, while even as his on ice skills may have diminished a bit during his time away, I gotta beer says it is not his “on ice” skills they offered the contract for. Think of the maturity and leadership skills and experience he can offer the team off the ice.
Go Jets!

So...four out of the last six cup wins have been FLORIDA teams, and two back to back wins at that.

I'm just gonna leave that right there.

As well you should! Hah!
I gotta admit the Panthers Franchise has built a very good, very deep team. They deserved and earned the cup, my opinion. And make no mistake I do not like them, and still can’t wrap my head around hockey in Florida! But them there Panthers are the real deal.

...and TBL has made the playoffs how many of the past years?

Edmonton got what Winnipeg was complaining about, biased officiating. If I didn't know better, I'd say the league went out of it's way to favor US teams.
Too soon?

Plain and simple, the Panthers out-skated, out-hustled, and out-worked Edmonton, in my opinion. Their players were always moving their feet, their passing was much crisper and on-point, and even skating to the bench, you hardly ever saw someone slacking off.

IMO, it sucks that the Cup is in Florida (and damaged, no less!), and I sincerely hope another team "ups their game".

And soon.

Ya,but you AIN'T got the cup  :rofl::rofl:

Annnd neither do you. It's 1500 miles from you.

On the other hand, my Canadian :canada: cousin on a Canadian :canada: team hoisted "the cup" four times. Closer than you'll ever get to it. :canada:

And the factory air conditioning on my 340-S Barracuda was blowing cold in the 93°F heat we had yesterday.

You're pathetic.
