It was a really fun cruise in the B5 340 Duster was awesome as were all the AMC cars there and the rest that showed up too! My favorite was the Dodge truck crammed with AMD goodies in the bed. Check it out! :cheers:. I also met a fellow FABO member, demonsizzler and met some new people too 8)
Oh btw, the last AMC is only 1 of 14 made with that interior. Also had a 727TF

And isnt the Duster supposed to have a sharktooth grille if its a 340?

Gotta pay attenton to the club flyers.

I've seen that green 360 duster in person, and what a sweet ride, lots of options.
White vinyl top,
Sunroof,
four speed,
A/C, P/s, p/b.
White interior, what an awesome package that car is.

did the70 javlin AMX have a corduroy inter? horn in the ring of wheel? the 71 head liner have the pierre cardin on it?

The 71 headliner had the same pattern as on the seats on the headliner and I think it did. I was rough trying to see in there with all the people clumped around it.

I really wish i woulda gotten better looks at both javs inside. The black and red one I know did not, it has vinyl and its dash and all that was covered when I came back out to look at it. When I did come back outside, the orange one was gone. =[ Wish I could tell ya Al. Javelins are pretty bad cars!

I had a good time. That green Duster is super nice. I really liked it. And that little red Dart is super nice too. And the A/C works cause his windows were up when he passed. me. LOL




My car club-North Georgia Mopar Club-did a cruise Saturday to Auto Metal Direct in Buford, Georgia.
AMD makes aftermarket body parts for GM and Mopar.

This car was camera shy. I took this picture 3 times and this was as good as it came out. The cars on either side of it came out perfect. LOL

The car on this sign is the one in the pics below it. Built from parts they manufacture, sell, and install.

Now this is real wall art. They make these parts for the Charger too.

The hoods they make.

After I left AMD, I met up with the guy who I bought my Dodge truck from. He hadnt seen it since I bought it 2 years ago and he was happy to see I have taken good care of it.
His grandfather bought the truck new in Alabama.

Who owned the red dart? I wanted to talk to him but they left earlier then everybody else. And I saw your truck, it was really nice! People in this area dont like taking care of them, they end up beaten up and its sad to see =[

I am not sure of the person name who owns that Dart but he is a member here because he replied last year when I posted a pic of it at the clubs fall picnic/meet.


BTW, I just got the newsletter this morning and the fall picnic is going to be at Big Oaks recreation Center near Hartwell Dam on lake Hartwell. The date is Sunday, October 17, 2010. Bring your Mopars and have some fun.
