I am looking for a set of NOS A Body upper control arms WITHOUT the extra brace welded on. Picture show the style with the brace,need them without. Part #2071456-7. I'd pay $1000.00 for a set of correct arms.Let me know what you have or need for them.Thanks again FABO

I would suspect you could find something Original out of a southwest Yard or from an Arizona Chrysler specialist for less. Mopar Brad? Nothing left around my neck of woods, in the yards, but I do know a B/E restoration guy. He might have A parts, as well.

Thanks for the PM's,but I am looking for NOS arms,not used.The reason being is that I believe the upper arms were originally bare metal,with a light coat of cosmoline from the factory,and I want to keep the fresh,stamped look of "new" metal which you lose once you blast them.Now if I have gotten some wrong info and they were painted black from the factory...well I might need to change my search :)
 
are these A-body with the small ball joints, K-H disc and drum brakes? I have a pair that were bought new, never installed BUT ball joints and UCA bushings were installed. Also, they are black and not a cosmoline finish. If these sound like what you need, I'll get pictures tomorrow. I just spent 2 hours crawling thru skid racking and over "stuff" to dig into the boxes buried behind more "stuff". Bob
 
I could clean up my original arms from my GTS to see how they were finished. I have rebuilt them once (1986) and did not paint them at that time. Didn't even clean them, as I recall. They're off the car and reasonably handy. I'll try the pressure washer on them...
