[FOR SALE] NOS chrome gas cap

Mopar part# 2240310 chrome gas cap for sale. It's correct for the '60-1 Plymouth Valiant and Dodge Lancer, but, will fit and work in the '62-6 models too.....it's just the handle isn't clocked to where it's horizontal on the later models. A nice upgrade for those toad restorations! A cap that will actually fit the '62-6 model filler necks too (assuming yours is not damaged), and if you don't car about the handle angle. $45 delivered via USPS priority mail to U.S. addresses only.

In second photo is it bent provision that goes in filler neck or is it just picture angle ??

PS it fits a 66 Valiant correct it just not indexed properly.

Must be the angle. That section is made rather crudely. Just stamped steel. I tried it on a genuine '66 Valiant filler neck, and it fits fine except for the clocking of the handle. Thanks, Mark
